Al Fakher HQ is a 22,000 sq ft flagship headquarters, designed to express the brand’s heritage through a bold industrial workspace. The interior concept translates the movement of smoke into fluid spatial planning and circulation. Raw materials, exposed finishes, and bespoke joinery reflect craftsmanship and brand identity.
Open workspaces, private offices, and collaborative zones flow seamlessly for flexibility and performance. Full fit-out included integrated MEP, lighting, acoustics, and HVAC systems. Strategic project management and consultancy ensured operational efficiency, scalability, and design integrity.
